Recruitment Assistant
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the recruitment of internal employees in China;
2. Continuously improve efficiency of Recruitment System (channel, network, method).
3. Candidate selection, Interview arrangement and reference check
4. Actively update and maintain the internal recruitment system.
5. Help to organize and coordinate the recruitment expertise training;
6. Systematically collect the market information so as to support the decision making for business and organization;
7. Work together with marketing & IT & Administration departments to make process smoothly.
8. Other assignments in department.
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. At least one year HR related working experience
3. Proficient English in Oral and writing
4. Strong in communication and collaboration;
5 Open-minded, be apt to contact with strangers;
6 Strong trait of delivering persistently and assiduously
