Join a team responsible for developing Imaging Laser-Scanning Cytometry (LCS) system. The system combines the advantages of flow and image cytometry into a single system that provides unparalleled flexibility and power for rapid measurements of biochemical constituents or evaluating cell morphologies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- To analyze requirements and image system, write design or program specifications
分析需求和圖像系統，編寫設計或程序規范 - To code .NET applications to implement product features
編寫.NET應用實現產品特性 - Communicate and work closely with peer developers of global team
與全球的開發人員保持密切溝通與合作 - Guide and support junior developers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
職位要求
- Be familiar with .NET 3.5/4.0, C# (Winform or WPF), at least 2 years of experience.
熟悉.NET 3.5/4.0, C# (Winform or WPF)，2年以上相關經驗 - Have good understanding of .NET fundamentals, the essential of CLR
對.NET基礎和CLR有深刻理解 - Fundamental knowledge of and experience with data structure, object-oriented, multi-threading and memory management.
具備數據結構、面向對象、多線程和內存管理的基礎和經驗 - BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
計算機技術或軟件工程等相關專業本科或碩士學歷 - Must be comfortable participating in technical discussions and giving technical presentations.
樂于參與技術討論并做技術展示 - Be a highly motivated, self-starting individual willing to work in a dynamic work environment.
自主性高，獨立，愿意在變化環境下工作 - Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
具有分析思考和解決問題的能力 - Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
在壓力環境下保持責任心和靈活性
Preferred:
優先條件:
- Experience in MVVM, MVC, Unit Test is a plus.
有MVVM，MVC，單元測試經驗者優先 - Experience in OpenCV development is a plus.
有OpenCV開發經驗者優先 - Experience in 2D/3D graphics programming is a plus.
有2D/3D圖像編程經驗者優先
